A tak som sa pri každej možnej príležitosti ponáral do týchto širokospektrálnych problémov a narážal na otázky, na ktoré mi dospelí nedokázali odpovedať, alebo len čiastočne a nikdy nie uspokojivo - až kým som sám nenašiel odpovede, ktoré som si vypracoval vo svojom vnútri, ale ktoré sa čoraz častejšie objavovali aj vďaka nejakým inšpiratívnym silám.

To ma následne viedlo k tomu, že som si uvedomil sám seba a pochopil som, že mám v tejto oblasti tu na Zemi poslanie, ktoré má veľký význam pre vývoj pozemského ľudu duchovno-vedomým spôsobom. Začal som teda lúštiť, ako, kde a prečo sa táto skutočnosť odohráva, a vďaka tomu som zistil, že v tomto poslaní pôsobím už mnoho miliónov, ba tisíce miliónov rokov, počas nespočetných inkarnácií. Uvedomil som si, že som učeným a poučeným učiteľom vo veciach súvisiacich s "učením mysle", "učením vedomia", "učením tvorivo-prírodných zákonov a prikázaní" a "učením evolúcie" atď. Musel som sa vydať cestou plnenia poslania, ale najprv som potreboval veľkú pomoc od ľudských bytostí, ktoré neboli pozemskej, ale vysoko duchovnej, ako aj materiálno-mimozemskej povahy. Postupom času som teda túto pomoc dostal, aby som mohol začať napĺňať svoje životné misie. Táto pomoc prišla, keď som bol malý chlapec, ktorý ani nechodil do školy. Prišla z hlbín priestoru iného sveta v podobe mimozemšťana, ktorý sa stal mojím prvým vysokým učiteľom a vďaka ktorému som v krátkom čase získal nesmierne vedomosti vo vzťahu k stvoreniu a jeho zákonom a prikázaniam, ako aj k prírodným zákonom a faktom a súvislostiam mysle a hmotného vedomia atď.

Also begann ich das Wie, Wo und Warum dieser Tatsache zu ergründen und fand heraus, dass ich in dieser Mission schon seit vielen Jahrmillionen und gar Jahrmilliarden tätig war, über unzählige Reinkarnationen hinweg. Ich erkannte, dass ich ein gelehrter und belehrter Künder war in Sachen 'Lehre des Geistes', 'Lehre des Bewusstseins', 'Lehre der schöpferisch-natürlichen Gesetze und Gebote' und 'Lehre der Evolution' usw. Und diesen Weg musste ich beschreiten. Ich musste den Weg der Missionserfüllung gehen, doch dazu bedurfte ich erstlich einer grossen Hilfe von Wesenheiten, die nicht irdischer Natur waren, sondern hoher geistförmiger sowie auch materiell-ausserirdischer Natur. Also ergab es sich im Laufe der Zeit, dass mir diese Hilfe zuteil wurde, so ich meine Mission zu erfüllen beginnen konnte. Und diese Hilfe kam, als ich noch ein kleiner Junge war, der noch nicht einmal zur Schule ging. Sie kam aus den Tiefen des Weltenraumes in Form eines Ausserirdischen, der mein erster hoher Lehrer war und durch den ich in kurzer Zeit ein immenses Wissen erlangte im Bezuge auf die Schöpfung und ihre Gesetze und Gebote sowie die Naturgesetze und die Fakten und Zusammenhänge des Geistes und des materiellen Bewusstseins usw.

V priebehu ďalších reinkarnácií sa Nokodemjon, resp. jeho duchovná forma, stal inými osobnosťami, ktoré napríklad niesli mená ako Enok, Enoch atď. a ktoré sa rodili znova a znova ako nové osobnosti až do súčasnosti, ale duchovná forma zostala vždy rovnaká. A tak zatiaľ posledným znovuzrodením tejto duchovnej formy je moja osobnosť ako "Billy" Eduard Albert Meier, ktorý ako hlásateľ modernej doby opäť vyučuje učenie o duchu medzi pozemskými ľuďmi a ktorý je na Zemi kontaktnou osobou pre ľudí mimozemského pôvodu, konkrétne pre mimozemšťanov, ktorí sa vo svojom jazyku nazývajú Plejaren, zatiaľ čo v pozemských jazykoch sa nazývajú Plejáďania. Ich domovskými svetmi sú Plejády, ktoré sa nachádzajú asi 80 svetelných rokov za našimi známymi hviezdami Plejád v inom dimenzionálnom vesmíre, v inej časopriestorovej štruktúre, ktorá je oproti nášmu vesmíru posunutá o zlomok sekundy. Hviezdy Plejády v súhvezdí Býka, ktoré sa nachádzajú v našom vesmíre, sú vo veku 62 miliónov rokov ešte príliš mladé a ako horiace ohnivé gule nie sú schopné niesť žiadne hmotné ani nehmotné formy života - dokonca ani čisto duchovné.

Ich erkannte, dass die früheste Persönlichkeit meiner Geistform den Namen Nokodemjon trug und bereits eingegangen war in die Reingeistebene Arahat Athersata, von wo aus sie jedoch in die materiellen Welten zurückkehrte und die belehrende Mission begann, die bis heute andauert und noch sehr lange Zeit andauern wird. Im Laufe weiterer Reinkarnationen wurde Nokodemjon resp. seine Geistform zu anderen Persönlichkeiten, die z.B. Namen wie Henok und Henoch usw. trugen und die bis in die heutige Zeit immer wieder als neue Persönlichkeiten geboren wurden, wobei jedoch die Geistform immer dieselbe blieb. Und so ist die vorerst gegenwärtig letzte Wiedergeburt dieser Geistform meine Persönlichkeit als 'Billy' Eduard Albert Meier, der ich als Künder der Neuzeit neuerlich die Lehre des Geistes belehre unter den Erdenmenschen, und der ich eine Kontaktperson auf der Erde zu Menschen ausserirdischer Herkunft bin, und zwar zu Ausserirdischen, die sich selbst Plejaren nennen in ihrer eigenen Sprache, während sie in den irdischen Sprachen Plejadier genannt werden. Ihre Heimatwelten sind die Plejaren resp. Plejaden, die sich rund 80 Lichtjahre jenseits unserer bekannten Plejadengestirne in einem andersdimensionierten Universum befinden, in einem zu unserem Universum um einen Sekundenbruchteil verschobenen anderen Raum-Zeit-Gefüge. Die sich in unserem Universum befindenden Plejadengestirne im Sternbild Stier nämlich sind mit 62 Millionen Jahren noch viel zu jung und als lodernde Feuerbälle unfähig, irgendwelche materielle oder immaterielle Lebensformen zu tragen - auch keine rein geistigen.

A: We don’t know why actually because it is a rarely researched area of knowledge, probably because it’s not as interesting as other stages of Billy’s interesting life, but we think it is a spiritual connection because Eduard in previous personalities spent time in the India region of the world. If it is as we think then the question is related to [[Reincarnation]] and personal connections. We think they may believe in equality too, but we are not sure exactly why, whether there was any political motives behind it, whether they wanted to embarrass the Indian people in front of the whole world, we just dont know about all the circumstances behind it. Research it some more and check. Also be very careful if you sincerely asked such a question because the vast majority of the world was colonised just a few hundred years ago and was not even known before that much less known for some particularly pertinent achievement. Kto je Billy Meier?

'Billy' Eduard Albert Meier (BEAM), kontroverzný autor a učiteľ, sa narodil 3. februára 1937 v Bülachu vo Švajčiarsku a v súčasnosti žije v Semjase-Silver-Star-Center (SSSC) v Hinterschmidrüti vo Švajčiarsku, ktoré pomáhal vybudovať a založiť. Už viac ako 80 rokov pravidelne komunikuje tvárou v tvár a telepaticky s mimozemskými ľudskými bytosťami, nechtiac sa vzdeláva a tieto informácie s veľkou presnosťou zverejňuje. Ako by sa dalo predpokladať, v takomto brilantnom množstve času pre bezprecedentnú udalosť súvisiacu s UFO sa im podarilo vysvetliť všetko v plnom rozsahu, objasniť celý príbeh, pričom sa v priebehu desaťročí objavili mimoriadne zaujímavé fakty, názory a perspektívy. Od útleho veku som sa zaujímal najmä o život vo všetkých jeho aspektoch. To zahŕňalo aj spojenie s prírodou a všetkým tvorivým vo všeobecnosti, čo samozrejme zahŕňalo aj hlboké filozofické aspekty. Avšak najmä tvorivosť sama o sebe mala pre mňa veľmi mimoriadnu hodnotu, takže pre mňa predstavovala hlavnú oblasť myslenia. A tak som sa pri každej možnej príležitosti ponáral do týchto širokospektrálnych problémov a narážal na otázky, na ktoré mi dospelí nedokázali odpovedať, alebo len čiastočne a nikdy nie uspokojivo - až kým som sám nenašiel odpovede, ktoré som si vypracoval vo svojom vnútri, ale ktoré sa čoraz častejšie objavovali aj vďaka nejakým inšpiratívnym silám. Mein ganz spezielles Interesse galt schon von sehr früher Kindheit an dem Leben in allen seinen Belangen. Dazu gehörten auch die Zusammenhänge mit der Natur und allem Schöpferischen überhaupt, worin natürlich auch tiefgründige philosophische Aspekte miteinbezogen waren. Das Schöpferische an und für sich sowie im besonderen jedoch war von ganz speziellem Wert für mich, so es für mich das hauptsächlichste Gedankengebiet darstellte. So vertiefte ich mich bei jeder möglichen Gelegenheit in diese weitumfassenden Belange und stiess auf Fragen, die mir von den Erwachsenen nicht oder nur teilweise und nie befriedigend beantwortet werden konnten - bis ich dann eben jeweils die Antworten selbst fand, herausgearbeitet aus mir selbst, jedoch auch immer öfter in Erscheinung tretend durch irgendwelche inspirative Kräfte.
Tak sa moje vedomosti o tvorivom, duchovnom a vedomom, ako aj o tvorivých zákonoch a prikázaniach stále viac a viac rozširovali, čo viedlo k tomu, že tieto veci sa stali dominantnou súčasťou môjho života. To ma následne viedlo k tomu, že som si uvedomil sám seba a pochopil som, že mám v tejto oblasti tu na Zemi poslanie, ktoré má veľký význam pre vývoj pozemského ľudu duchovno-vedomým spôsobom. Začal som teda lúštiť, ako, kde a prečo sa táto skutočnosť odohráva, a vďaka tomu som zistil, že v tomto poslaní pôsobím už mnoho miliónov, ba tisíce miliónov rokov, počas nespočetných inkarnácií. Uvedomil som si, že som učeným a poučeným učiteľom vo veciach súvisiacich s "učením mysle", "učením vedomia", "učením tvorivo-prírodných zákonov a prikázaní" a "učením evolúcie" atď. Musel som sa vydať cestou plnenia poslania, ale najprv som potreboval veľkú pomoc od ľudských bytostí, ktoré neboli pozemskej, ale vysoko duchovnej, ako aj materiálno-mimozemskej povahy. Postupom času som teda túto pomoc dostal, aby som mohol začať napĺňať svoje životné misie. Táto pomoc prišla, keď som bol malý chlapec, ktorý ani nechodil do školy. Prišla z hlbín priestoru iného sveta v podobe mimozemšťana, ktorý sa stal mojím prvým vysokým učiteľom a vďaka ktorému som v krátkom čase získal nesmierne vedomosti vo vzťahu k stvoreniu a jeho zákonom a prikázaniam, ako aj k prírodným zákonom a faktom a súvislostiam mysle a hmotného vedomia atď. So stieg mein Wissen um das Schöpferische, Geistige und Bewusstseinsmässige sowie um die schöpferischen Gesetze und Gebote immer weiter an, woraus sich ergab, dass diese Dinge zum überwiegenden Teil meines Lebens wurden. Das wiederum führte dann dazu, dass ich mir meiner selbst bewusst wurde und erkannte, dass ich auf diesem Gebiet hier auf der Erde eine Mission zu erfüllen hatte, die von bedeutender Wichtigkeit für die Evolution der Erdenmenschen in geistig-bewusstseinsmässiger Hinsicht ist. Also begann ich das Wie, Wo und Warum dieser Tatsache zu ergründen und fand heraus, dass ich in dieser Mission schon seit vielen Jahrmillionen und gar Jahrmilliarden tätig war, über unzählige Reinkarnationen hinweg. Ich erkannte, dass ich ein gelehrter und belehrter Künder war in Sachen 'Lehre des Geistes', 'Lehre des Bewusstseins', 'Lehre der schöpferisch-natürlichen Gesetze und Gebote' und 'Lehre der Evolution' usw. Und diesen Weg musste ich beschreiten. Ich musste den Weg der Missionserfüllung gehen, doch dazu bedurfte ich erstlich einer grossen Hilfe von Wesenheiten, die nicht irdischer Natur waren, sondern hoher geistförmiger sowie auch materiell-ausserirdischer Natur. Also ergab es sich im Laufe der Zeit, dass mir diese Hilfe zuteil wurde, so ich meine Mission zu erfüllen beginnen konnte. Und diese Hilfe kam, als ich noch ein kleiner Junge war, der noch nicht einmal zur Schule ging. Sie kam aus den Tiefen des Weltenraumes in Form eines Ausserirdischen, der mein erster hoher Lehrer war und durch den ich in kurzer Zeit ein immenses Wissen erlangte im Bezuge auf die Schöpfung und ihre Gesetze und Gebote sowie die Naturgesetze und die Fakten und Zusammenhänge des Geistes und des materiellen Bewusstseins usw.
Postupom času som sa oboznámil s históriou minulosti mojej duchovnej formy, ktorá sa počas mnohých miliárd rokov a reinkarnácií opakovane objavovala ako nová osobnosť na rôznych svetoch rôznych galaxií v obrovskom vesmíre ako učiteľ a misionár v otázkach učenia ducha, stvorenia, života, tvorivých prírodných zákonov a prikázaní a evolúcie. Uvedomil som si, že najstaršia osobnosť mojej duchovnej formy niesla meno Nokodemjon a už vstúpila do čistej duchovnej úrovne Arahat Athersata, odkiaľ sa však vrátila do hmotných svetov a začala poučné poslanie, ktoré trvá dodnes a bude trvať ešte veľmi dlho. V priebehu ďalších reinkarnácií sa Nokodemjon, resp. jeho duchovná forma, stal inými osobnosťami, ktoré napríklad niesli mená ako Enok, Enoch atď. a ktoré sa rodili znova a znova ako nové osobnosti až do súčasnosti, ale duchovná forma zostala vždy rovnaká. A tak zatiaľ posledným znovuzrodením tejto duchovnej formy je moja osobnosť ako "Billy" Eduard Albert Meier, ktorý ako hlásateľ modernej doby opäť vyučuje učenie o duchu medzi pozemskými ľuďmi a ktorý je na Zemi kontaktnou osobou pre ľudí mimozemského pôvodu, konkrétne pre mimozemšťanov, ktorí sa vo svojom jazyku nazývajú Plejaren, zatiaľ čo v pozemských jazykoch sa nazývajú Plejáďania. Ich domovskými svetmi sú Plejády, ktoré sa nachádzajú asi 80 svetelných rokov za našimi známymi hviezdami Plejád v inom dimenzionálnom vesmíre, v inej časopriestorovej štruktúre, ktorá je oproti nášmu vesmíru posunutá o zlomok sekundy. Hviezdy Plejády v súhvezdí Býka, ktoré sa nachádzajú v našom vesmíre, sú vo veku 62 miliónov rokov ešte príliš mladé a ako horiace ohnivé gule nie sú schopné niesť žiadne hmotné ani nehmotné formy života - dokonca ani čisto duchovné. Im Laufe der Zeit lernte ich die Geschichte der Vergangenheit meiner Geistform kennen, die über viele Jahrmilliarden und Reinkarnationen hinweg immer wieder als neue Persönlichkeit auf verschiedenen Welten verschiedener Galaxien im weiten Universum in Erscheinung getreten war als Lehrer und Missionsausübender in Sachen der Lehre des Geistes, der Schöpfung, des Lebens, der schöpferisch-natürlichen Gesetze und Gebote und der Evolution. Ich erkannte, dass die früheste Persönlichkeit meiner Geistform den Namen Nokodemjon trug und bereits eingegangen war in die Reingeistebene Arahat Athersata, von wo aus sie jedoch in die materiellen Welten zurückkehrte und die belehrende Mission begann, die bis heute andauert und noch sehr lange Zeit andauern wird. Im Laufe weiterer Reinkarnationen wurde Nokodemjon resp. seine Geistform zu anderen Persönlichkeiten, die z.B. Namen wie Henok und Henoch usw. trugen und die bis in die heutige Zeit immer wieder als neue Persönlichkeiten geboren wurden, wobei jedoch die Geistform immer dieselbe blieb. Und so ist die vorerst gegenwärtig letzte Wiedergeburt dieser Geistform meine Persönlichkeit als 'Billy' Eduard Albert Meier, der ich als Künder der Neuzeit neuerlich die Lehre des Geistes belehre unter den Erdenmenschen, und der ich eine Kontaktperson auf der Erde zu Menschen ausserirdischer Herkunft bin, und zwar zu Ausserirdischen, die sich selbst Plejaren nennen in ihrer eigenen Sprache, während sie in den irdischen Sprachen Plejadier genannt werden. Ihre Heimatwelten sind die Plejaren resp. Plejaden, die sich rund 80 Lichtjahre jenseits unserer bekannten Plejadengestirne in einem andersdimensionierten Universum befinden, in einem zu unserem Universum um einen Sekundenbruchteil verschobenen anderen Raum-Zeit-Gefüge. Die sich in unserem Universum befindenden Plejadengestirne im Sternbild Stier nämlich sind mit 62 Millionen Jahren noch viel zu jung und als lodernde Feuerbälle unfähig, irgendwelche materielle oder immaterielle Lebensformen zu tragen - auch keine rein geistigen.

Keď som musel zápasiť s prekážkami všetkého druhu, keď som s veľkými ťažkosťami bojoval proti svojej existencii, keď sily mojich myšlienok a citov a sily mojej vôle a tela hrozili, že ma opustia, keď morálka a všetka nádej začali klesať a všetko vo mne bolo veľmi a nekonečne ťažké, aby som vytrval v živote a neochvejne plnil svoje povinnosti a plnil svoju zodpovednosť, potom som hľadal svoje najtajnejšie jemnohmotné duchovné vnemy a pocity, ktoré mi ako tichý dych našepkávali, že tu dole na Zemi je nevýslovne málo šťastných a spokojných ľudských bytostí, pretože ich všetkých prenasleduje nesmierny žiaľ a trápenie a tiež problémy a starosti, ktoré nie sú schopní zvládnuť. O čo horšie sú na tom títo ľudia ako ja, - uvedomil som si. Ale tak ako ja, aj oni môžu nájsť cestu zo všetkého utrpenia len vtedy, ak v sebe budú pracovať na dobrom, ak sa budú venovať rozjímaniu a prostredníctvom neho zdroju poznania, ktorý vytvára oslobodenie od všetkých ťažkostí a zla, od smútku, úzkosti, problémov a starostí. Táto skutočnosť spočíva v uvedomení si všetkých vecí, že všetko stojí za to, aby sme žili, negatívne aj pozitívne, a že práve prežívanie príjemného aj nepríjemného robí život hodnotným a prináša nesmierne zážitky, skúsenosti a hodnoty. Poslanie života, a to rozvíjať sa vo vedomí, a plnenie tohto poslania je prameňom, z ktorého smutný, zarmútený, ako aj trápiaci sa, problémami, prácou a starosťami zaťažený človek neustále čerpá nové sily, chvíle pokoja a uvoľnenia, radosť, lásku, harmóniu a mier. Toto je moje poznanie, ktoré ma učí, že keď sa vedome pracuje na dobre, dobro sa stáva všadeprítomným. Wenn ich mit Hindernissen aller Art zu ringen hatte, wenn ich mich sehr mühsam meinem Dasein entgegenstemmte, wenn mich die Kräfte meiner Gedanken und Gefühle und die Kräfte meines Willen und des Körpers zu verlassen drohten, die Moral und alle Hoffnung zu sinken begannen und in mir alles sehr und unendlich schwer wurde, um im Leben auszuharren und unbeirrt meine Pflicht zu tun und meine Verantwortung wahrzunehmen, dann suchte ich nach meinen geheimsten Empfindungen und Gefühlen, die mir wie ein leiser Hauch zuflüsterten, dass es hienieden auf Erden unsagbar wenige frohe und zufriedene Menschen gibt, weil sie alle von unermesslichem Gram und Kummer sowie von Problemen und Sorgen verfolgt werden, denen sie nicht Herr zu werden vermögen. Wie sehr viel schlimmer als ich – so wuchs stets die Erkenntnis in mir – müssen doch diese Menschen dran sein. Doch wie ich, können sie alle aus ihrem ganzen Ungemach nur herausfinden, wenn sie in sich Gutes wirken, wenn sie sich der Besinnung und sich durch diese der Quelle der Erkenntnis hingeben, die eine Befreiung von allen Nöten und Übeln, von Gram, Kummer, Problemen und Sorgen schafft. Diese Erkenntnis ruht in der realen Veranschaulichung aller Dinge, dass alles lebenswert ist, und zwar sowohl das Negative wie auch das Positive, und dass erst das Ausleben des Erfreulichen wie Unerfreulichen das Leben lebenswert macht und unermessliche Erfahrungen, Erlebnisse und Werte bringt. Die Mission des Lebens, nämlich im Bewusstsein zu evolutionieren, und die Erfüllung dieser Mission ist die Quelle, aus der der sorgenvolle der gramgebeugte sowie der kummergeplagte, der problembedrückte sowie der arbeitsbelastete und sorgenkranke Mensch stetig neue Kräfte, Augenblicke der Ruhe und Erholung, der Freude, Liebe, Harmonie und des Friedens schöpft. Das ist meine Erkenntnis, und diese lehrt mich, dass, wenn bewusst Gutes gewirkt wird, dann das Gute allgegenwärtig wird.

Opis Eduarda Meiera nájdete v knihe Svetelné roky, ktorú napísal Gary Kinder a ktorá je celá o ňom a jeho živote; v oddiele Jedna A.

"Prvá historická zmienka o obci Hinwil vo Švajčiarsku pochádza z roku 745. Nachádza sa tridsať kilometrov juhovýchodne od Zürichu, v krajine zelených kopcov s veľkými ostrovmi lesa vysokými sto metrov, v diaľke sa týčia Alpy. Samotný Hinwil by možno sklamal turistu, ktorý hľadá čaro alpskej architektúry: hoci z jadra dediny vyrastajú kriedovo biele chalupy zatvorené v zeleni a roztrúsené medzi kopcami, uprostred nich vyrástlo mnoho strohých budov postavených z betónu. Nepripomínajú ani tak malebné chalúpky z cestovných brožúr, ako skôr utilitárne bytové domy postavené v 50. a 60. rokoch minulého storočia v Spojených štátoch.

Kúsok od centra obce, na ulici Wihaldenstrasse, však stojí trojposchodový statok postavený pred sto rokmi. V polovici 70. rokov minulého storočia sa po slnečnej južnej stene starého domu šplhal letný vinič. Kvety zapĺňali kamenné koryto na severnej strane pri vchode a vo voliére postavenej z dreva a drôtu poletovali malé vtáky. Na juh a východ od domu sa rozprestieralo malé zelené pole a na sever a západ stáli ďalšie chladné inštitucionálne bytové domy.

Obec Hinwil získala starý statok už pred rokmi a postavila okolité byty na ubytovanie starších občanov. Aj keď sa statok mal čoskoro zbúrať, aby sa uvoľnilo miesto pre ďalšie byty, obec teraz prenajala dom za symbolickú sumu nezamestnanému nočnému strážnikovi Eduardovi Meierovi. Meier žil v dome so svojou gréckou manželkou, Kaliope, prezývanou Popi, a tromi malými deťmi - dievčatkom Ninou, chlapcom Atlantisom a bábätkom Bašenkom. V dome bývali od decembra 1973, hoci dva roky žili inde v Hinwile.

Meier, tridsaťsedemročný muž, mal vzdelanie šiesteho stupňa. Nebol veľmi veľký, meral možno meter sedemdesiat centimetrov, ale mal hrubý hrudník a bol silný. Tvár mal peknú, vynikali mu nezvyčajné zelenkavo-lieskové oči. Podľa dedinských záznamov boli Meierovými povolaniami "chovateľ vtákov, vrstovník železa, nočný strážnik". Mal povolenie nosiť zbraň, pretože kedysi pracoval ako nočný strážnik v továrni.

V bývalom dome, malom trojizbovom radovom domčeku, ktorý susedí s múzeom obce Hinwil, Meier choval klietku s takmer dvoma stovkami vtákov. Vtedy bol zamestnaný ako nočný strážnik, a preto bol cez deň často doma. Mnohí ľudia v okolí sa však Meierovi vyhýbali, pretože bol "iný". Veľa hovoril o Mojžišovi a hovoril veci, ktorým ostatní ľudia nerozumeli. Julios a Erika Kagiovci poznali Meierovcov lepšie ako ostatní susedia, pretože mali dcéru v rovnakom veku ako Nina a obe dievčatá sa spolu často hrávali. "Mal úžasnú fantáziu," spomínala Erika Kagi, "a ja som nemohla súhlasiť s jeho filozofiou. Ale nebol to zlý človek. Nebol ani čudný, len mal svoje vlastné predstavy a veril všetkému, čo povedal." Ďalší sused povedal: "Meier žije tak, ako chce, a neprispôsobuje sa spôsobu života nikoho iného."

Meier mal len jednu ruku. Ľavú ruku mal odrezanú tesne nad lakťom pri nehode autobusu v roku 1965, keď cestoval z Indie cez Turecko späť do Švajčiarska. Napriek tomu, keď sa zrútila časť stodoly susediacej s malým domom, Julios Kagi videl, ako Meier sám obnovuje stenu tak, že držal dosky na mieste pahýľom ramena, zatiaľ čo jednou rukou umiestňoval a zatĺkal klince. "S jednou rukou bol rýchlejší ako iní ľudia s dvoma," spomína Kagi.

Meier bol opäť bez práce a teraz živil svoju rodinu zo 700 frankov, ktoré mu mesačne poskytovala vláda za stratu ruky. Aby si Meierovci prilepšili k príjmu, chovali v podkroví starého statku sliepky a Popi predával susedom vajcia. Susedom bývajúcim v obytných domoch s výhľadom na vchodové dvere statku sa zdalo, že Meier je stále doma. V kultúre, ktorá si cení tvrdú prácu a konformitu, ho susedia vnímali ako svojrázneho a nečinného muža, často strateného v myšlienkach, akoby na jeho pleciach spočívala ťarcha sveta, a začali sa rozprávať.

Potom, 28. januára 1975 popoludní, v chladný deň, ale teplejší ako väčšinou v tomto ročnom období, Eduard Meier opustil statok na svojom mopede a ťahal za sebou malý vozík. Kľukatil sa ulicami Hinwilu, riadil jednou rukou, prázdnym ľavým rukávom koženej bundy, ktorý sa trhal vo vetre. Keď sa prepracoval von z mesta, napokon sa dostal na poľnú cestu, po ktorej chvíľu išiel a potom zmizol v lese prírodnej rezervácie. O niekoľko hodín neskôr sa vrátil na farmu bez toho, aby niekomu povedal, kde bol.

Prešlo niekoľko dní, počas ktorých susedia videli Meiera, ako sa bezcieľne motá okolo domu. Potom jedného popoludnia opäť vytiahol zo skladu svoj moped, šliapal na ňom po príjazdovej ceste, kým sa malý motor nerozbehol, a odišiel na cez dedinu na vidiek. Onedlho sa stratil z dohľadu v ďalšom z ostrovov lesa obklopujúcich Hinwil. Keď sa vrátil, tak ako predtým, nikomu nepovedal, kde bol a prečo tam bol. Švajčiari sú však všímaví a zvedaví ľudia a susedia si všimli jeho zvláštne príchody a odchody.

O niekoľko týždňov už Meier pravidelne cestoval do lesa, pričom jednou rukou viedol svoj moped a druhou malú káru. Zdalo sa, že každá cesta ho zavedie novým smerom cez mesto a na vidiecke diaľnice, často aj na hodinu. Neskôr ho mnohé z jeho ciest zaviedli do kopcov. Niekedy zmizol v skorých popoludňajších hodinách a pred večerou ho už nikto nevidel, inokedy sa vytratil z domu o jednej alebo o druhej ráno a vrátil sa až na úsvite.

"Musel znova a znova odchádzať," spomína Popi. "Vrátil sa domov na päť minút, pripravil si šálku kávy a hop, už bol zase preč. V noci to bolo zlé. Človek by pokojne spal a deti boli v posteli ticho. Zrazu vstal, obliekol sa a bol preč. Viete? Myslíte si, že váš manžel leží v posteli vedľa vás, ale je preč. Nič som nevedela. Povedal len, že ide do práce."

Ako týždne plynuli, Meierove cesty cez mesto a do lesov sa začali opakovať trikrát, štyrikrát, dokonca päťkrát týždenne. A jeho časté odchody narúšali poriadok a rutinu, ktorú tak svedomito dodržiavali jeho susedia. Čím viac zmizol, tým viac sa o ňom rozprávalo.

"Ľudia v okolí nevedeli nič o tom, čo sa deje," povedal Popi, "ale boli veľmi zvedaví. Vedeli mi na minútu presne povedať, kedy odišiel na mopede a kedy sa vrátil. Boli to vždy tie isté otázky. Prečo prišiel domov tak neskoro? Niekedy vstal uprostred noci a odišiel, takže počuli moped. A keď to urobil, na druhý deň to bolo s ľuďmi ešte horšie. "Prečo včera v noci odišiel?" "Kam išiel?" Nepovedal som nič. Nezaujímalo ma to. Sú to len Schuriwiiberské [gossips|klebety]."

Za jasných nocí videli susedia žijúci v obytnom dome priamo nad farmou Meiera stáť v uličke na západe a celé hodiny pozorovať oblohu ďalekohľadom. Počas nocí, keď nevychádzal z domu, susedia na východe videli neskoro do noci horieť svetlo na druhom poschodí.

Prešiel týždeň, mesiac, možno dva, Popi si to nepamätal. Potom, jedného popoludnia, keď obaja stáli v malej obývačke na druhom poschodí domu, jej manžel podal fotografie.

"Čo si o tom myslíš?" spýtal sa.

Ale Popi sa len pozeral na obrázky.

"Bola som šokovaná," spomína, "pretože som videla niečo úplne nové a nechcela som uveriť, že to existuje. Nepovedal vôbec nič. Nevysvetlil. Ani jedno slovo." Jej manžel len vzal fotografie a odišiel z miestnosti, pretože Popi naňho kričala, že stráca čas fotením, keď sú peniaze pre rodinu také vzácne.

Meier potom odniesol fotografie svojmu priateľovi Jakobovi Bertschingerovi, s ktorým sa zoznámil, keď pred rokmi pracoval v štrkovisku Piatti. Hoci bol Jakobus o dvanásť rokov mladší ako Meier, medzi oboma mužmi vzniklo trvalé priateľstvo. Strávili spolu veľa času a rozprávali sa o Meierových zážitkoch počas dvanástich rokov, počas ktorých cestoval sem a tam po Indii a Blízkom východe. Ale aj Jakobus sa zdal byť zmätený z fotografií, ktoré mu Meier ukazoval. Dokonca sa smial, ale sľúbil, že svojmu priateľovi pomôže, ako len bude môcť. S Jakobusovou pôžičkou Meier podal malý inzerát do nemeckej publikácie Esotera. Inzerát vyzýval záujemcov o vytvorenie skupiny, ktorá by diskutovala o prirodzenom živote, logike a pravde - o veciach "metafyzických".

Prešlo niekoľko ďalších mesiacov. V lete a na jeseň 1975 susedia z ulice Wihaldenstrasse sledovali Meiera, ako pokračuje v častých výletoch do podhoria a lesov v ktorúkoľvek dennú i nočnú hodinu. Na jeho malom zelenom mopede ho často videli na okraji otvorenej cesty, ako sa rúti dvadsať, možno dvadsaťpäť kilometrov za hodinu, pričom ho neustále predbiehali oveľa väčšie a rýchlejšie autá. Potom však do Meierovej rutiny vstúpilo niečo nové: v jedno sobotné popoludnie sa pri statku objavilo pol tucta áut a zostalo tam až do neskorej noci.

Susedia nechápali, prečo ľudia prichádzajú za týmto mužom. Bol chudobný a hendikepovaný, mal nevládnu ženu, ktorá málo hovorila ich jazykom. Nepracoval a jeho zvyky sa zdali čudné. Ale v priebehu týždňov a mesiacov návštevníci nielenže naďalej prichádzali, ale ich počet sa zvyšoval. V maličkom salóniku na druhom poschodí sa muž s jednou rukou a nezvyčajnými orieškovými očami rozprával s týmito ľuďmi celé hodiny. Keď odišli, susedia počuli, ako naňho Popi kričí. Mnoho mesiacov susedia sledovali, ako Meier často mizne v nepárnych hodinách, a v sobotu popoludní videli, ako autá zapĺňajú úzku uličku, vedúcu popri Wihaldenstrasse č. 10, a rozlievajú sa do ulíc Hinwilu."
