Seit meiner Zeit resp. seit dem letzten Weltkrieg hat sich zwar der Hintergrund der gesamten Lebensweisen der Menschen und deren Nahrungsverhalten usw. völlig verändert, doch gilt das Notvorrat-Prinzip weiterhin – was leider jedoch nur von Menschen bedacht und eingehalten wird, denen Verstand und Vernunft eigen und die sich auch ihrer Verantwortung bewusst sind. Heute, oder zumindest heute, das muss ich sagen, geht es nicht mehr um das Überstehen einer länger währenden Weltkriegs-Krise, sondern um die Überbrückung einer kürzeren oder etwas längeren kritischen Zeit, wie z.B. einer Isolation infolge einer Seuche, Epidemie oder Pandemie, oder irgendeines Versorgungsengpasses.
