 | What criteria does a community use to decide whether to welcome a stranger? Is the one who has managed to enter the country illegally with the help of dubious smuggling gangs welcome? Or is it the one who, under the pretext of individual danger and with the help of legal proceedings, gains so much time that he obtains the legal title of toleration? Or is it the one who immediately and directly descends into illegality and criminality? It is not exaggerating that the author draws the logical conclusion that illegal immigration will then automatically become legal at some point. But where does that lead? The prime example for young intensive offenders from North African countries is NRW, especially Cologne and Düsseldorf. Entire districts are harassed, the police are powerless, toothless and laughed at. Because these young people are used to completely different police officers. Lawless areas are created, but are not officially admitted. People talk about human rights in Morocco, for example. But nobody talks about the human rights of the citizens in Germany who suffer under the criminal Nafris.

Ist der willkommen, der es mit Hilfe dubioser Schleuserbanden geschafft hat, illegal das Land zu betreten? Oder ist es der, der unter dem Vorwand der individuellen Gefährdung und mit Hilfe von Gerichtsverfahren soviel Zeit gewinnt, dass er den Rechtstitel einer Duldung erlangt? Oder ist es derjenige, der gleich und direkt in Illegalität und Kriminalität abtaucht? Es ist nicht überzeichnend, dass der Autor die logische Schlussfolgerung zieht, dass illegale Zuwanderung dann irgendwann automatisch legal wird. Doch wohin führt das? Paradebeispiel für junge Intensivtäter aus nordafrikanischen Staaten ist NRW und hier insbesondere Köln und Düsseldorf. Ganze Stadtteile werden drangsaliert, die Polizei ist machtlos, zahnlos, wird ausgelacht. Denn diese jungen Leute sind ganz andere Polizisten gewohnt. Rechtsfreie Räume entstehen, werden aber offiziell nicht zugegeben. Man spricht beispielsweise von den Menschenrechten in Marokko. Doch keiner spricht von den Menschenrechten der Bürger in Deutschland, die unter den kriminellen Nafris leiden.
