 | Vitamin-D-Mangel löst auch verschiedene Krankheiten aus, wie du mir das privaterweise mehrmals erklärt und mir auch empfohlen hast, dass ich täglich je nach gesundheitlichem Bedarf zwischen 2000 bis 10000 IE – resp. Internationale Einheiten – Vitamin D3 einnehmen soll, weil das der normale Tagesbedarf eines erwachsenen Menschen sei, und zwar je nach Gewicht, gesundheitlich-körperlichem Zustand, Sonnenstrahleneinwirkung auf den Körper und eben auch des entsprechenden Vitamin-D-Bedarfs. Du hast auch gesagt, dass ich das mit der Einnahme von entsprechenden Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln tun soll, woran ich mich natürlich halte und auch feststellen konnte, dass es mir gesundheitlich stetig besser ging.

Internationale Einheit enthält. Leider habe ich nirgends eine entsprechende Tabelle gefunden, weshalb ich diesbezüglich für die Menschen, die unseren Gesprächsbericht später lesen, das Notwendige ausgerechnet und dementsprechend folgende Tabelle erstellt habe, die bis 10000 IE reicht:
