 | Natürlich werde ich die Arbeit erledigen. Wenn es damit eilt, dann werde ich alles so schnell wie möglich aufarbeiten. Sollte es allerdings ein Erledigungswunder sein, dann mache ich es sofort. Aber auch dazu habe ich eine Frage: Zafenatpaneach hat ja an meinem Computer manipuliert, wobei ihm auch Quetzal geholfen hat, doch weiss ich nicht, was genau gemacht wurde. Dabei ging es aber aus Sicherheitsgründen darum: Wenn ich für euch Arbeiten erledige und in diesem Zusammenhang ein bestimmtes Passwort eingebe, dann wird all das, was ich schreibe, nicht gespeichert und auch nicht auf unseren Server übertragen, sondern sofort durch den Printer ausgedruckt und dann sofort wieder gelöscht. Dazu möchte ich Quetzal und Zafenatpaneach fragen, ob es vielleicht doch besser wäre, wenn alles gespeichert würde? Er könnte es ja so arrangieren, dass nur ich auf die Daten Zugriff hätte.

But the truth was turned around to such an extent that, as a man under seventeen, I would have organized everything and, under threat of a pistol, would have forced the three much older men to commit the nightly thefts. And since I had nothing wrong to admit, I was still being held in custody while the other three were set free until the trial. My dear brother-in-law then used the release to disappear to Germany never to be seen again. When the court hearing came, I was standing with only the other two before the barriers. The court also read out everyone's 'sin registers', and it emerged that 49-year-old Kurt Keller had 42 previous convictions for individual and gang theft, fraud and forgery. The other one was previously clean, while my brother-in-law (who my sister then divorced) was revealed to have been a member of the Hitler Youth. Well, Kurt Keller managed in court to cry with emotion and to play the repentant and the one forced to steal with a pistol by me in such a way that he was acquitted – by a judge who, interestingly enough, came from the district of Bülach. The other man was also acquitted, including my brother-in-law in absentia. On the other hand, I was sentenced to four years in prison – absolutely.  | Nun ja, ich war gerade erst 16 Jahre alt geworden, als ich bei der Hochbaufirma Müller in Fehraltorf zu arbeiten begann, wobei ich daheim bei meinen Eltern in Gutenswil/ZH wohnte, wo sie ein anderes Haus gekauft hatten, als sie von Mönchaltorf wegzogen. Es war ein Zweifamilienhaus, angebaut an zwei andere Wohnhäuser. Und in der Zweitwohnung bei meinen Eltern wohnte auch meine Schwester Berta, die mit einem Deutschen namens Hans Müller verheiratet war, der nicht gerne arbeitete, was leider jedoch erst nach der Heirat klar wurde. Wider die Mahnung Askets, mit der ich seit 1953 in Kontakt stand, liess ich mich leider mit meinem Schwager ein und lernte so auch zwei seiner Bekannten kennen, einen gewissen Kurt Keller, 49 Jahre alt, und einen jungen Mann von wenig mehr als 30 Jahren, an dessen Namen ich mich aber nicht mehr zu erinnern vermag. Dauernd waren mein Schwager und die zwei andern zusammen und besuchten häufig die Wirtshäuser. Oft verschwanden sie dann nach dem Wirtshausbesuch und tauchten erst Stunden später wieder bei mir auf, der ich jeweils im Wirtshaus auf sie wartete. Dann eines Tages tauchte plötzlich die Polizei bei uns auf, und alle vier wurden wir verhaftet und ins Kittchen gesteckt. Anderntags wurde ich am späteren Nachmittag im Polizeiposten und Bezirksgebäude in Uster/ZH zum Verhör gerufen, wobei man mir vorwarf, dass ich ein Bandenführer einer gewerbsmässigen Diebesbande sei und meinen Schwager sowie Kurt Keller und den dritten Mann mit vorgehaltener Pistole zu allerlei Diebstählen gezwungen hätte. Leugnen sei zwecklos, denn die drei andern hätten schon alles gestanden. Die Vernehmenden – wie hätte es auch anders sein können – waren zwei Polizisten aus Bülach; der eine ein gewisser Dietiker aus dem Soli, während der andere Müller hiess, eben wie mein Schwager. Natürlich sagte ich, dass alles nicht der Wahrheit entspreche, wobei ich die tatsächlichen Verhältnisse schilderte. Die Wahrheit wurde aber dermassen umgedreht, dass ich als noch nicht einmal 17jähriger alles organisiert und unter Bedrohungen mit einer Pistole die drei viel älteren Männer gezwungen hätte, die nächtlichen Diebstähle zu begehen. Und da ich nichts Unrechtes zuzugeben hatte, wuchtete man mich weiterhin ein, während die anderen drei bis zur Gerichtsverhandlung auf freien Fuss gesetzt wurden. Die Freilassung benutzte mein lieber Schwager dann, um auf Nimmerwiedersehn nach Deutschland zu verschwinden. Als dann die Gerichtsverhandlung kam, stand ich mit nur den zwei andern vor den Schranken. Vor Gericht wurden dann auch die ‹Sündenregister› aller verlesen, wobei herauskam, dass der 49jährige Kurt Keller 42 Vorstrafen wegen einzelnem und bandenmässigem Diebstahl, Betrug und Urkundenfälschung auf dem Kerbholz hatte. Der andere war bis dahin unbescholten, während über meinen Schwager (von dem sich meine Schwester dann scheiden liess) bekannt wurde, dass er der Hitlerjugend angehört hatte. Nun, Kurt Keller brachte es vor Gericht fertig, ergreifend zu weinen und derart den Reumütigen und den durch mich mit einer Pistole zu Diebstählen Gezwungenen zu spielen, dass er freigesprochen wurde – durch einen Richter, der interessanterweise aus dem Bezirk Bülach stammte. Auch der andere Mann wurde freigesprochen, auch mein Schwager im Abwesenheitsverfahren. Hingegen brannte man mir vier Jahre Gefängnis auf – unbedingt. Das brachte mich natürlich in Rage, weshalb ich aus dem Gefängnis verschwand, und zwar mit nicht unerheblicher Hilfe von Asket. Monate später erwischte man mich wieder und verbrachte mich in ein sichereres Gefängnis, nachdem ich in Uster/ZH die Zelle in Feuer, Schutt und Asche gelegt hatte. Das hatte dann zur Folge, dass man mich in die Psychiatrieklinik Rheinau verfrachtete, wo ich meine Strafe absitzen und psychiatrisch begutachtet werden sollte. Professor Rössli war dabei mein ‹Begutachter›, und mit ihm durfte ich jeweils des Nachts durch die Klinik streifen, mit ihm Diskussionen über die Schöpfung und die Welt führen, oder ich durfte ihm behilflich sein, bei Patienten Leistenbrüche hineinzudrücken und Pressverbände anzulegen. Anderweitig war man mit den Irren und Verrückten in grossen Räumen und des Nachts in Zimmern eingeschlossen, in denen auch die Fenster mit Dreikantverschlüssen verriegelt waren. Natürlich kam ich mir unter all den Verrückten – zu denen ich auch die Pfleger zählen musste, weil diese offensichtlich auch nicht mehr ganz dicht im Schädel waren – völlig fehl am Platze vor. Und da es kein Werkzeug gab, um Türen oder Fenster zu öffnen, brach ich aus einem hölzernen Fussteppich ein Stück Hartholz heraus, das ich über längere Zeit hinweg mit einem Löffel schabend bearbeitete und einen Dreikantschlüssel daraus formte. Eines Nachts, als ich vor dem Zubettgehen zur Toilette ging, öffnete ich damit schnell das Fenster und stieg hinaus, wobei unter mir eine Tiefe von sieben Metern gähnte, und am Grund war eine Betonplatte. Glücklicherweise, wie mir Asket schon Tage zuvor erklärt hatte, mit der ich immer in Verbindung stand, gab es an der Hauswand ein Ablaufrohr von der Dachrinne, an dem ich mich hinuterhangelte, wenigstens etwa zwei Meter, ehe sich die Rohrverankerung aus der Mauer löste und sich das Rohr hinunterbog und ich doch noch mit einem grösseren Fall zu Boden kam. Schon dunkel draussen, war es mir ein leichtes, im Gebüsch zu verschwinden, hinunter zum Rhein, wo ich ins kalte Wasser glitt und weit den Fluss hinunterschwamm. Am andern Nachmittag fand mich dann Asket, als ich über ein Feld marschierte. Zwei Tage blieb ich bei ihr und machte ihr klar, dass ich aus der Schweiz raus und nach Frankreich wollte.
