Die Windturbulenzen haben zwar diese Explosionskiste etwas umhergeschmissen, doch war es einerseits sehr interessant und andererseits sehr spassig. Ich habe so richtig den Plausch daran gehabt, wie der Kübel umhergeschmissen wurde. Von mir aus hätte es noch viel mehr sein können, weisst du, so ein richtig abenteuerlicher Flug gegen die Elemente, bei dem wir sicher mehr auf dem Kopf gestanden hätten. Zwar habe ich mir die Springerei und Rüttelei der Kiste nicht so stark vorgestellt bei schönem und ruhigem Wetter, doch man lernt eben nie aus. Ich habe dann auch ganz leicht versucht, die Kiste einmal auf ihre Ansprechbarkeit in der Steuerung zu testen, indem ich den Kübel hoch und auch nach unten zog. Danach schlug ich je eine leichte Rechts- und Linkskurve, wobei ich mich jedoch mit je 70 Grad Abweichung begnügte, wenn ich mich am Bordkompass richtig orientiert habe. Was mir etwas zu schaffen machte waren die Kurven, denn die realisierte ich übermässig stark.

 | Bedenke doch einmal, dass wir uns nun mal mit diesen Explosionskisten zufriedengeben müssen, weil wir ja keine andern haben. Wir leben in unserer Welt mit unserer Technik, und die ist nun mal eben noch recht primitiv. Eurer Ansicht nach mögen wir wohl noch verdammte Barbaren sein mit fliegenden Selbstmordkisten, doch sind wir darauf ganz verflucht stolz und bilden uns ein, dass wir mit ihrer Herstellung und Beherrschung doch etwas geleistet haben, auch wenn alles noch höhlenbewohner- und pfahlbauermässig wirkt. Wir stecken ja schliesslich erst in den Anfängen der Lufteroberung, da kannst du wirklich noch nicht viel verlangen. Vermutlich kannst du es einfach nicht begreifen, weil eure Technik so ungeheuer viel weiterentwickelter und sicherer ist als unsere.
